Superstar Afrobeats singer, David Adeleke, professionally known as Davido, recently showcased the construction of his ongoing 20 rooms mansion in Eko Atlantic worth billions of naira.
The impressive property is expected to feature a 20-car garage, a modern music studio, private apartments, a lounge, staff quarters, and an entire floor exclusively designed for his wife, Chioma Rowland.
During a brief conversation with online streamer Davreltv, the “Unavailable” crooner gave fans an exclusive tour of the project while explaining some of the features planned for the massive residence.
“This is my basement, the basement is going to have a 20-car garage, my studio, apartments, a lounge, and then my staff room,” Davido stated.
The award-winning singer also disclosed that Chioma would have her own private floor tailored to match her personality and taste.
“She has her own room, her own everything, her own style… she has her own floor,” he said proudly.
Speaking further about the inspiration behind the mansion, Davido revealed that he intends to combine Caribbean and Mexican architectural styles to give the property a unique and luxurious appearance.
“I want to inspire the Caribbean, Mexican architectural theme… I’ve worked so hard, it’s only right,” he added.
Davido further explained that the building, which is expected to be a towering structure, should become fully visible by December. He also hinted at spending heavily on the interior decoration and finishing of the mansion to ensure it matches his dream design.

Davido, who was also accompanied by his bestie, Cubana Chief Priest, during the streaming session, said that his Eko-Atlantic mansion, which is under construction, is directly opposite to the new US Embassy.
Davido said; ““The crazy thing about my Eko Atlantic house is that it’s right opposite the new U.S. Embassy. I can literally send someone across to help with my visa. The structure should be up before December, and the interior is going to be mad. I’m going to Turkey and China with my brother-in-law to sort that out.”
