To be considered for the 2026 Graduate Trainee Program, you must fulfil the following requirements:
- Be a national of Nigeria.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, Social Sciences, or relevant fields.
- Minimum 2:1 or Upper Credit (HND).
- Completed a maximum of 3 years post NYSC.
- Not older than 25 years.
- Strong analytical ability and a growth mindset.
- Demonstrated leadership potential.
- Passion for the energy or natural gas sector.
